Here in Durham, we continued to see strong activity, leading in sales volume, though prices edged lower. Meanwhile, Hastings and Peterborough experienced price increases, while Northumberland maintained steady sales with higher prices. Kawartha Lakes and Prince Edward County saw fewer transactions overall.
